The internet is such a dominant force and the benefits of it are so vast. Businesses need to have access on the move and this has resulted in the rise in Smartphone’s. They are often issued with at the start of their tenure and this just shows how important they are to the inner workings of the company.

Most people have completely adapted to the internet dominated environment and thus the concurrent rise in mobile devices. This article will highlight what has caused the rise in the Smartphone and where it is heading in the future.

Big Business

Many companies are now based around the functionality of the internet and the mobile devices such as tablets and Smartphone’s. Businessmen need constant access to their emails, company portals and often the share prices. It is important that these devices are quick enough to process all of the information and do multiple things at once.

Companies recognize this and have developed apps that help the ease of access. Made with Marmalade specializes in creating Android app platforms and they help the functionality greatly. We rarely see what happens in the background but the stuff that goes on is staggering and the technology involved in making these things is highly advanced.

All we see is the finished article and the way we are heading the finished articles are just going to get progressively more detailed and advanced.

Cheapness

You can get the handsets for free on most contracts nowadays which is staggering when you consider what the market was like ten years ago. The internet was just starting up properly and mobile phones were 5 times the weight they are now and had nowhere near the functionality.

Mobile phone companies have the market weighed up perfectly, nobody wants to pay for the phones but see paying monthly as a tiny cost compared to the money they make in a month. Contracts also are very cheap, you can have unlimited internet and minutes on a Smartphone or Android for a mere 15 a month. I can only see the evolution carrying on and it is crazy to think how advanced we could be in 10 years time.

The Internet Age

We live in the internet age and having access to it at all times wherever you are is of vital importance to the majority of the population. We are all involved in social networking in some form and always have to be able to access emails and our online banking, the only thing that offers all of this on the move is a mobile Smartphone.

The demand is never-ending and constantly increasing, phones are needed by everyone and the sheer speed at which they work is staggering and enables us to lead efficient and functional lives.
