How To Get Addicted To Exercise As A Blogger
4 minutes | Word Count: 663As bloggers, we enjoy freedom and self made schedules. Infact, there’s no other profession that’s as good as being like a full time blogger and affiliate marketer like Technogiant’s CEO; Vaibhav and myself.
I run a water filter blog, and I know the amount of time I spend promoting it. Infact, my working hours can’t in anyway be compared to the hours I spend with my kids and lovely husband.
However, sitting at home blogging makes us lazy to exercise despite the fact that our blogging schedule is flexible, some of us still tend to skip exercises.
To get addicted to exercise as a blogger, you need to set aside time in your schedule and implement the following tips I’ll be sharing. I’m confident that if you implement these tips, you’d become addicted to exercising and improve your health in the process.
Select a Particular Type of Exercise That Best Align With Your Interest
This practice alone can motivate you to exercise regularly.
Here’s what I mean:
If you enjoy dancing and listening to music as a form of exercise, consider enrolling for a dance class or hire a coach to train you on aerobics
If exercises such as playing football or lifting weights don’t align with your interest, then consider doing the exercise you love. It could be cooking, gardening, cleaning and moving the lawn.
Ask a Friend to Exercise With You
Personally, I realized that I’m motivated to exercise every morning whenever my young kid (Jim), accompanies me to the gym court. Sometimes, we spend hours exercising without even knowing.
Exercising with a partner will provide friendly competition and propel you to outdo your past.
If your friends, or relatives will not exercise with you, enroll for a gym class or join a team sponsored by a local recreation center where you can meet like minded individuals who share your same exercise interests
Plan your Schedule
I know you’ve a business to run, a lovely family to attend to, and so many other things that may be taking your time, but your physical fitness matters…
Make out time for exercise as you’d make out time to attend blogging webinars, business meetings, television shows and business appointments.
If you think your blogging schedule is too tight for exercise, then consider doing cardiovascular activities like walking and jogging (for atleast, 5—10 minutes daily).
Keep Yourself Entertained By Listening to Jay Z… (Did I Just Say That?).
Yeah… Music makes exercise more enjoyable for you.
If you exercise at home, you can exercise and still listen to music at the same time.
Before you know it you’d have spent an hour or two exercising—which is ideal to your health.
Make a playlist on your music device and choose, rock or a romantic music that’ll keep you motivated throughout your workout
Set Fitness Goals
Consult with a personal trainer to improve your current weight and physical level and also to set realistic goals for weight loss based on your current fitness level.
Keep track of your exercise routine. Note the amount of exercises you did and how many rounds you went and try to beat your record. Out-do your best at all times.
That’s the only way to improve your current fitness level.
Your turn
Most professional bloggers take health advice casually. The lack of exercise could lead to some serious health problems, so try your best to exercise regularly.
If you’re not sure on how to get started, enroll in a gym and go to training classes regularly.
Do you exercise daily? What do you think about exercising as a blogger?
Let me know what you think in the comments section!

Yes, drinking water is important when taking break from exercise. These filters make the best pure drinking water.

What about cycling? In my city (DHAKA) cycling has become popular. And I try to do cycling at least an hour for 6 days a week. Beside exercises you need to mention that we bloggers do not take much vacation which is a necessary thing to run.
Exercise gives us a regular vacation and new hope to live for the next day.
